Tabuelan is just two hours away from the city. It's located in the northern part of Cebu and could be passed by two routes.
We went there not planning where to stay the night so we stopped at the market to ask around for recommendations. The residents immediately said "go to La Famalia or Durhan Beach Resort" because it's nearer but if what you're looking for is white sand beach then go to "Maravilla".
Pros in Maravilla:
- it's a public beach so no entrance fee
- rooms are affordable
- there's a canteen
Cons:
- too many stray dogs

PLUNGE
Have you been to Danao, Bohol? Have you tried their activities? Here's a list of what they offer.
We went there wanting to ride the SUISLIDE and the SKYRIDE but when my companions saw the PLUNGE, they decided otherwise. I had succumb to peer pressure and was so glad to do so.
